Six Sigma Training

Of course, we offer the whole range of Six Sigma training courses and coaching interventions that you would expect of us.

Yellow Belt training:

Forr those who need to know what’s going on, but whose involvement may be restricted.

Green Belt training:

The first really technical experience of Sigma for people who are expected to invest some time and energy, and deliver a return.

Black belt training:

Often the real engine house of a programme, these are the people who must deliver a substantial amount of benefit to you from your Sigma investment.

And if you are really serious about Sigma as a System of improvement we have programmes to support your Executives, Project Sponsors , Finance Professionals and HR managers.

It’s a funny thing for a philosophy grounded in the elimination of variation, there is quite a variety of what we can do.  

But we don’t want to start by telling you what to do.  We want to start by knowing what it is you need your Black Belts and Green Belts to achieve, then using our years of Sigma experience we can best show you your options.
