Arti Halai

Arti has spent 15 years in the media industry working for both radio and television. During that time she has worked for some of the country’s largest organisations presenting, reporting and producing everything from news and current affairs to magazine and lifestyle programmes. With an abundance of experience presenting at live events, Arti joins us as our lively Conference 2009 host.

Kenny Harris

Kenny originally trained as a lawyer before he escaped to pursue a more creative career. He has over 15 years experience working for leading advertising and marketing agencies. He is also a renowned stand-up comedian, writing and performing throughout the UK. Always fascinated with ideas and where they come from, Kenny studied the creative people he worked with and watched how people generate ideas. Kenny discovered that they all share secret habits and behaviours – which form the basis of a radical approach to creative thinking Kenny calls ‘Headsurfing’!

Steve Williams OBE

Gold medallist Steve Williams relive his experiences of winning Gold in Beijing and Athens as he tells his compelling and inspirational story with all the colour, sweat and tears! Midlands born Steve took up rowing at the age of thirteen and went on to reach phenomenal heights in British sport. Steve knows all about ‘winning in tough times’ and will give us remarkable insights into the areas which enabled him and his team mates to succeed at the highest level.
