The EFQM Excellence Model is one of the most established management frameworks for driving world-class performance. And it's changing.
This one-day workshop aims to explain the recent significant changes to the EFQM model. If you are as passionate about the Excellence model as we are and would like to be kept in the loop then this is an event not to be missed.
On the Agenda...
- The Relevance of the EFQM Excellence Model; a benchmark for your organisation
- Need for change
- Review of changes in more detail (please see below for a summary of expected changes in three areas)
Fundamental Concepts: There will still be eight concepts, but there will be important changes in emphasis and content
The nine-box Model: There will still be nine criteria and 32 criterion-parts. However, some names will change and significant changes to criterion-part content will be made. There will be a much more explicit link to the Fundamental concepts
RADAR: There will be some signficant changes to RADAR.
