Fundamental Concepts: There is still eight concepts, but there is now important changes in emphasis and content
The nine-box Model: There is still nine criteria and 32 criterion-parts. However, some names have changed and significant changes to criterion-part content have occured. There is now much more of an explicit link to the Fundamental concepts
RADAR: There has been some signficant changes to RADAR.
