World Quality Day - Enter our competition for your chance to win
Thursday November 12th is World Quality Day. This is a great opportunity for quality professionals and organisations to celebrate their achievements and prove how quality and excellence approaches can boost performance results. This sort of thing really floats our boat!
Join us in marking the occasion by completing the sentence, “Quality is…” in no more than 25 words. For the best definition we are offering £50 worth of access to the greatest thinkers in the world (in the form of Waterstones book vouchers). And in the interest of ‘sharing best practice’ (and seeing what everyone else put!) we’ll publish the responses here on our website.
