Midlands Excellence Assessor Training - it's like doing a MBA every year!

Every year we assemble teams of volunteers to assess all the different organisations that apply for the Midlands Excellence Awards.

With so much riding on the assessment, our applicants need to know that the teams are fair, expert and professional.

That’s why, if you become a volunteer assessor, you’ll undertake a rigorous training programme that gives you a deep understanding of the EFQM Model, Europe’s most established and holistic framework for developing organisational excellence. 

It’s easy to see why so many people apply to be assessors, when you consider the unique benefits it offers:

• Deepen your knowledge of performance improvement under the guidance of a senior mentor
