Investors in Excellence Trailblazers

These IiE trailblazers are leading the way to Excellence and renewing themselves in all things RADAR.

They are the first to experience the EFQM 2010 revision of the Excellence Model and recently attended an updated workshop led by IiE’s Head of Assessment Solutions, Jo Dowdall.

“There are some really interesting changes to the way the Concepts of Excellence are now threaded through the Model, in the session we try and blend a high level understanding of what EFQM is trying to achieve with the 2010 Model and give some practical experience of using the new RADAR card” say’s Jo.

With a complete overhaul of the Concepts of Excellence, RADAR and the Criteria of the model the IiE update sessions are an absolute must for anyone involved in the Excellence agenda.
