2010 EFQM Excellence Model unveiled
The 2010 EFQM Excellence Model was unveiled at the EFQM Brussels forum yesterday.
As we expected there are some important changes to the model, and lots of complimentary tweaks to the wording, to bring the model up to date with today’s climate and challenges.
We’re suckers for continuous improvement and are really excited about sharing the updates and applying them to the work we do. If like us you think that Excellence is really important how could you not afford to come along to one of our briefing sessions to find out more?
For those with enquiring minds and a thirst for enlightenment here’s a taster of the improvements.
- The Fundamental Concepts of Excellence have been refreshed and are now expressed more dynamically
- The 9 boxes remain, but some names have changed, think process, product and service
- Considering an award entry in the years to come? Some of the points allocations to the 9 boxes have changed and many other details to the content
- Plus significant improvements to RADAR, results definitions and the criterion parts
Come to one of our update workshops and we promise you will get all the detail plus the practical implications of the improvements in as fun and engaging way as we possibly can.
Next Steps:
- Briefing seminars will be held on 22nd October and 16th November
- The new Model brochure will be available to buy on October 8th 2009.
The current version of the EFQM Excellence Model will be available until mid 2010
