2010 EFQM Excellence Model unveiled

The 2010 EFQM Excellence Model was unveiled at the EFQM Brussels forum yesterday.

As we expected there are some important changes to the model, and lots of complimentary tweaks to the wording, to bring the model up to date with today’s climate and challenges.

The Fundamental Concepts of Excellence have been refreshed and are now expressed more dynamically

The 9 boxes remain, but some names have changed, think process, product and service

Considering an award entry in the years to come? Some of the points allocations to the 9 boxes have changed and many other details to the content

Plus significant improvements to RADAR, results definitions and the criterion parts
