Congratulations to Seddon Property Services -for achieving the IiE Standard!

We are extremely pleased to announce that Seddon Property Services have achieved the Investors in Excellence Standard.

Seddon Property Services maintains homes and properties across the UK, employing over 600 people from 27 offices. The firm provides services to a range of major organisations, including housing associations and local government offices across Britain.

Staff across the company have a ‘fierce loyalty’ to the business working closely with various stakeholders, partners and customers in developing close relationships and understanding. Seddon has a long tradition of training its own staff.

All workers, from apprentices to painters, are encouraged to continually improve their performance.There are several product enhancements at national levels and sponsorships at local community levels.

The organisation is among the first in its field to be awarded the prestigious Investors in Excellence standard. Neil Hand, joint Managing Director of Seddon Property Services commented “We are delighted to have met the very high standards promoted by Investors in Excellence".
